St Philip’s OBA reunion

May, 2017

It will be 50 years in May since the School’s founding headmaster, Mr R. H. Tibbits, died at the age of 64.

Many “Tibbits boys” have fond memories of their time at the School, and a few months ago it was suggested we should get together to chat about the old days, and catch up on what we’ve all been up to over the last 50/60/70 years. The intention was to invite all OBs who knew RHT i.e. those who attended the School anytime between 1934 (when the School was founded) & May, 1967, to meet, in London, in 2017.

Accordingly, a Tibbits reunion has now been fixed for Thursday, 25th May, 2017 at Brown’s Hotel (A Rocco Forte Hotel) in Mayfair, London – the event will run from 6.00pm to 8.30pm. Dress will be jackets and ties.

The following morning all are invited to mass at Brompton Oratory to celebrate St Philip’s Day with the whole school.

If you have not yet registered your interest, but would like to attend, please contact Fran Brunault, Secretary of the OBA:
